This Thursday, April 26th, I will be attending the Applied Malting and Sensory Seminar, hosted by Epiphany Craft Malt in Durham, North Carolina.
Epiphany is doing some amazing things with malt, and they take great pride in the quality of their product. They are passionate about the Foundation of Fermentation, as they call it, and they are 'committed to establish a local supply, practice sustainability, and foster a positive, respectful workplace.'
This is sure to be an amazing event, and I am really looking forward to learning more about the main ingredient in beer--besides water of course. Cheers!
