Last summer, I did a Series of Beer Reviews on Sierra Nevada’s Beer Camp Across the World Collaboration Pack. It was a ton of fun cracking into all of those amazing brews from Sierra Nevada and other breweries from all over the world.
I am revisiting one of those excellent beers after nearly a year of aging-the Atlantic-Style Vintage Ale, a collaboration between Sierra Nevada and Fuller’s Brewery out of London England.
The beer was phenomenal, and I feel that nearly a year worth of aging really worked wonders for the beer. I remember really enjoying this brew last year; however, now the flavors were so much more richer. I feel the maltiness developed and the sweet notes from the plums rounded out as well. All in all, I would say that the flavors of the beer married so much better after a year of aging, providing a unique complexity to the beer.
Cheers to this amazing brew and to the innovation of these two great breweries! #FindYourCraft
