NoDa Brewing Dreamsicle IPA

NoDa Brewing's Dreamsicle IPA was an excellent West-Coast Style IPA! Golden in color with a pleasant maltiness reminiscent of lightly toasted bread and subtle hints of caramel, this beer featured an amazing hop-forwardness. I picked up some pleasant grassy and danky notes mid and post-taste, which also provided a pleasant dryness.

The addition of orange peel and vanilla served the brew very well, adding a pleasant freshness. The citrus and vanilla paired so well with that danky hoppiness too. I also picked up some of the dryness from the orange oil as well.

I absolutely loved this beer! I feel the addition of the orange peel and the vanilla really added a unique element to this West-Coast Style IPA. I would like to see how this brew tasted with a bit of lactose...I would think we'd get a full Creamsicle effect with that. Cheers to an amazing NoDa beer! #BeerReview #IPA #NoDaBrewing #FindYourCraft
