Firestone Walker's Easy Jack IPA

Firestone Walker's Easy Jack IPA was another winner! After trying the Union Jack in the last episode, it was helpful to compare these two brews.

The Easy Jack appeals to its name--its lighter in taste, mouthfeel, and alcohol content, coming at 4.5%. It was incredibly smooth with a light malty sweetness, reminiscent of white bread or crackers. This maltiness was rounded off by a notable hoppiness which was less forward than the Union Jack but no less enjoyable.

In my experience, I'd classify this as a Session IPA, and I'd say its one of the best I've had. As a matter of fact, I preferred the Easy Jack over the Union Jack. The beer was incredibly well-rounded and enjoyable to drink. Cheers! #BeerReview #FirestoneWalker #IPA #FindYourCraft
